Heavily steeped in the tradition of Little Walter, Sonny Boy Williamson, Howlin' Wolf and Big Golden Wheeler, Wil delivers razor sharp blues harmonica over one of the hardest driving bands in the industry.

For over forty years Wil has been crafting his magic on stages across America, all the while setting the bar very high for the blues on the homefront. If you are in Pittsburgh, you owe it to yourself to check out a real legend!

What's Up My Man?

Wil E. Tri has been steadily laying down the blues as a leader and sideman since the 1970s. When he wasn't doing that, he ran (and still runs) the stage crew for the majority of shows that passed through Pittsburgh, and these days, through the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust. He has also been credited in several Hollywood movies, most notably, The Mothman Prophecies (2002). All that aside, my man just loves to play the blues!
